Contenuto	Currently Fresenius Medical Care?s activities in EMEA manages more than 350 dialysis centers treating more than 25,000 patients in 17 countries with different reimbursement structures and legal settings. Different scenarios and reimbursement systems are normally seen as an additional complexity while it drove to the development of a unique clinical and management system, ready to include new countries. The process is based on a specific organizational structure using the same «core» platform of care, adapted every time to the local needs. The Clinical Governance model in the company was developed at all different organizational levels. Structures, tools and systems lead, with some difficulties, to a clearer definition of targets and activities and to an organizational alignment.
